The Hancock Hotel is a great place to hold a business meeting. Their meeting rooms are equipped with high-tech technology and are so comfortable. Food and service is excellent. The sleeping rooms are unbelievable. So pretty and up-to-date. It's a top-notch hotel that, in my opinion, is better than most of the finest hotels in larger cities.

The Hancock Hotel is conveniently located right downtown Findlay. Great restaurants and unique little shops are all right within walking distance. Speaking of fine dining, the Hancock Hotel is the home of the famous Mancy's Steakhouse. Dine inside or outside on their beautiful patio that is equipped with a fireplace!

I cannot thank you and the staff at the Hancock Hotel enough!!  The team I had in travels A LOT!!  Most of us are in big cities a few times a month and stay at some of the nicest hotels.  To be honest, many of them were disappointed we weren’t staying at a Marriott Property because that’s what we are all accustomed to. 

After seeing the hotel however, I got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS!!  They could not believe how nice the hotel is, how spacious the rooms are, how comfortable the beds are, how clean everything is, the service and how on point and nice everyone is, how nice the bar and Mancy’s are, and the list goes on!  A few of them actually said, “this place rivals some of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in!”

The staff was so accommodating and it truly could not have been a better experience!  For many, this was their first time in Findlay and they thoroughly enjoyed it!  Thank you so much for all of your help and please pass along my thank you to the rest of the team as well.

The two days went beautifully. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and so helpful, especially when I left a couple of people off the room list. As for the banquet facilities, it was top notch. The banquet staff were, again, wonderful to work with and so professional. They continually checked the food and beverage supply, we wanted for nothing at all! Valet was fast and efficient, they didn’t stop running! The rooms were so clean, and we appreciated getting in to our rooms early. The food, everything from the breakfast pastries when we arrived to lunch, appetizers and dinner was delicious, as always!

Even our most particular principals were happy and had no concerns at all. We look forward to returning next year, and continuing the wonderful relationship with the Hancock Hotel.

We could not be happier with the level of service, quality of food and the friendliness shown to our family yesterday. Every thing was top notch! Kery and Abby took great care of all of the arrangements and answering my many questions. They offered suggestions on how best to set up the room and all the details. The catering staff were exceptional. The omelet attendant and mimosa attendant were so patient and sweet with all the little kiddos who just ordered scrambled eggs and asked for regular orange juice in a fancy flute. The technology also worked great for our slideshow. Your team made everyone feel special for this 50th occasion. And, Lori, you went above and beyond with the thoughtful treat for my parents. I have honestly never had better customer service in my life. From my first phone call to the sales office, to the valet knowing we were coming, the person at the front of the restaurant, to the server at lunch, and the front desk guiding us at the beginning and end, all exceptional.  The hotel and restaurant are certainly like no other and we are lucky to have it in Findlay.

This was the second time I chose the Hancock for my stay part way to visit friends in Columbus. The hotel is gracious, beautiful and comfortable. It was a little retreat so I didn’t have to drive at night. The rooms and bathrooms are large and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and pleasant. It has character and the price was quite reasonable! I love being non the downtown area. I look forward to staying there again! Try it instead of one of the chain hotels! You will not regret it!

First time in Findlay, and one night at the hotel. I chose the Hancock over the Fairfield where I get points. Valet parking was nice, front desk was attentive. Bar and restaurant were well done. Facility is clean and well appointed. Keep doing what you are doing, I would choose you over points again. Price was competitive, perhaps I would pay more for what you provide.

We utilized the hotel for a business meeting and were very pleased with the guest rooms, meeting space, and Mancy's restaurant/bar. Lori and Abby are always great to work with to schedule and nail down the details.

Once on site, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay. We could not have asked for better service, even when we asked for special requests beyond the initial BEO.

Colleen, Braeden and Ashley treated our out-of-own visitors like gold and made quite an impression. Thank you! We will continue booking our group functions at the Hancock Hotel in the future

The hotel and staff are first rate. The hotel is located within walking distance of 5 or 6 restaurants and other nightlife. Frankly, I did not realize there was this much fun going on in Findlay! Mancy's is an institution in Toledo and it was nice to have access to them in Findlay. You could pay $500 a night in New York and not have this good of an experience.
