The staff at the Hancock Hotel was amazing. They worked so hard and took care of everything to make our day smooth and enjoyable. We had both our ceremony and reception here. We had 80% out of town guests and received so many comments about how nice the hotel was. I would strongly recommend.

I would recommend booking at Hancock Hotel to anyone and everyone. Working with them made planning the reception simple and easy. My favorite part of booking with Hancock Hotel is how much is included when you book. Anything I wanted to at the reception I simply dropped off the week of and they took care of it. There was no setup or cleanup needed from me or any of my family. This was such a stress reliever and time saver! We even got to sneak into the reception while guests were at cocktail hour to see the beautiful space just my husband and I. The downtown location is also perfect for pictures and easy to accommodate guests. The cherry on top of this amazing venue was our surprise gift from the Hancock Hotel when we went to our room for the night. I do not have enough amazing things to say about Hancock Hotel and the fantastic staff that made our wedding day so smooth and perfect!

At the end of it all, the staff at the Hancock Hotel did a great job with everything. They gave us a very sweet gift we were not expecting and they were always very hospitable. We are very thankful for how things turned out for our wedding. Thank you to everyone who made this day special! It went better than what we could've anticipated. 

My reception turned out wonderfully. My coordinator was always available to help with any and all things throughout the planning process. This venue far exceeded my expectations. My guests loved being able to take breaks and go up to their rooms, and come back down. It is truly so convenient. This venue makes planning so easy, as well. All the food, alcohol, and decor can be obtained when booking the venue alone. That was a huge win. Plus, the food and alcohol are truly exceptional. The ballroom is exquisite. I also loved that valet parking was included for our guests with the package we chose. It added elegance and the wedding vibe I was aiming to achieve. The late night snack we had with our package came out at just the right time. It was delicious and was what everyone needed to fuel continued dancing and fun. Finally, the hotel does a nice job at taking care of the setup and cleanup. This is so nice and allows all of your guests to be just that, guests. It also allows you to enjoy your special day as the bride. More than one of my guests reached out to tell me that this wedding was the most elegant wedding they had ever been to. A huge thanks to the Hancock Hotel!

My husband, Nick, and I had the privilege of hosting our wedding at the Hancock Hotel and it was nothing short of magical. The hotel's modern and elegant design was so stunning that we barely needed additional decor - it's a decor in itself! The hotel staff was exceptional, providing impeccable service that left a lasting impression on all our family and friends. 

The upscale hotel ballroom was absolutely gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The surprised up by upgrading our room to the Presidential Suite, not to mention the delightful gourmet chocolate covered pretzels left on our bed - it was a sweet ending to a perfect day. We were genuinely shocked by their generosity and attention to detail. 

A special shoutout to our on-site wedding coordinator who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was kind and incredibly helpful, making the planning process a breeze. 

The Hancock Hotel truly offers an upscale and unforgettable wedding experience. We can't thank them enough for making our special day even more special. 

The hotel is such a gorgeous venue. The pricing is aligned with other venues except this one has EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to worry about coordinating a bunch of vendors since the hotel provided food, tables, linens, lodging, bar, etc. The staff is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to use the Hancock Hotel!

We cannot tank you enough for being the best wedding planner, for answering our 10,000 questions and for perfectly executing our vision on our wedding day. We were in awe of the communication and kindness from the rehearsal dinner, wedding day and brunch and we recognize that it wouldn't have been what it was without you. The entire staff at the Hancock Hotel were amazing to work with. Our coordinator covered all the important details and was so helpful during the entire planning process. We held our ceremony and reception at the hotel and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The hotel staff quickly flipped the space to make sure the timeline was followed. They were quick to answer emails to all the questions I had. The hotel itself is stunning and our wedding day could not have been more perfect. There were plenty of places to take pictures the day of without even leaving the hotel area which was great for us. I would recommend the Hancock Hotel to everyone!

Hancock Hotel was an absolutely amazing venue to work with. They did incredible work in making our rehearsal dinner and wedding day absolutely perfect. Everything came together so beautifully, and we truly could not have done it without their talent, effort, and professionalism.
