Where can I purchase a gift card for the Hancock Hotel? Where can I purchase a gift card for Mancy's Steakhouse in Findlay?

Gift certificates to Mancy's Steakhouse in Hancock Hotel, and for the hotel itself, can be purchased at the Front Desk. If you are local, you can use valet and let the valet attendant know that you are on the property to pick up a certificate. If you need a certificate mailed, please call Lori Vance at 567-271-0016.

How do I book a room under a room block with a code?

For booking a group room block, please reach out to the hotel with your room block code or call us for assistance. We also have a booking portal for all room reservations. 

Does the Hancock Hotel front desk have bandages, shampoo, conditioner, tooth brushes, etc?

Yes, bandages, shampoo, conditioner, and tooth brushes are all items are located at the front desk of the Hancock Hotel. 

Can I screen cast to the TV in the hotel rooms at Hancock Hotel?

No, we do not have screencast televisions on the property.

When will my card be charged for a hotel room?

When booking a hotel room at the Hancock Hotel, the credit card is not charged until the day of arrival. Contact our team if you have further questions!

Does the Hancock Hotel have handicap accessible parking?

The Hotel offers self-service parking in the back as well as along the main street downtown. We have on-site valet parking in a secure garage for $19 per night, and $5 for Mancy’s Steakhouse and event parking. No on-site self-parking.

How do I cancel a room or Mancy's Steakhouse reservation?

All cancellations must be made 24 hours before room check-in. For Mancy's Steakhouse cancellations, please call the hotel to inform our staff as soon as possible.
