Sunday, April 7   -   6 - 10 p.m.

Kick-off this once in a lifetime event with a welcome party at the Hancock Hotel. In addition to heavy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar, we are also excited to partner with RooBarb Studios, a unique Findlay gift shop, selling locally created eclipse jewelry and other mementos. Back in the ballroom visit the Hancock Park District's mobile planetarium, be entertained by The Magic of Nathaniel (a local magician) and commemorate the experience with a photo in the Floral City Images and Photography photo booth.

The party is open to both guests of the Hancock Hotel and the general public. We look forward to celebrating the 2024 Solar Eclipse with you!

In our indoor planetarium program, we will focus on a solar eclipse: what it is, why it happens, different types, and how often they occur.
Capture all of the fun with the 'Mirror Me Booth' ! The Mirror Me Booth takes photo booth fun to a whole new level.
Spend 10 minutes with Nathaniel Hill, the magician, and you will be in awe at his card trick ability. He will amaze you in his ability to create an illusion or slight of hands that will blow your mind.
